Wigsbuy - Refusing to honor return policy
I purchased two wigs from Wigsbuy.com and when they arrived, neither wig was the color that I had ordered (medium auburn). Rather, it was closer to very dark red/auburn, which is too dark for my complexion.
The return policy card enclosed with my wigs stated that if there was a color issue, they would take the wig back. I e-mailed the company, explaining the color issue, and their response was that before they could make any decisions, they wanted to photos of me wearing the wigs. WHAT?! Knowing that putting on the wigs would violate the policy, I carefully took them out, and photographed them with hair color samples.
When I sent the photos and the explanation back, I was accused of "doctoring" the photos to make it appear that the color was incorrect. Exactly how is that accomplished? When I demanded a return address and return authorization code, I was told to keep the wigs and style them pretty and they would give me a $15 refund for the problems and hoped that would be a satisfying solution. It was not.
I pointed out numerous times during my e-mail communications that they have a policy and they are not honoring their policy and have continued to demand a return address and authorization number. They are not responding.
So, I have filed a complaint with my credit card company, and they are working to get my money back. My advice to anyone out there, do NOT communicate with Wigsbuy.com through their website, send e-mails from your e-mail address, so you will have a copy.
The few e-mails I sent through their website have mysteriously disappeared, which after reading other reviews on this site, tells me that they are most definitely NOT an honest business.
Thankfully, I printed out copies, as my credit card company is now asking for the entire e-mail thread. I am so grateful that my credit card company is backing me on this one!

The same exact think happen to me too. These are dis-honest people.
They are crooks they wanted me to send photos too. Seriously! Ive never heard of such a thing. Its been 4 days now since I received my product and they have ignored me.
I requested a return address and confirmation to send it back. Nothing!
The same happened to me and I told them I'm not playing that game and maiden back via regular mail certificate mailing my bank excepted that because if you send back certified mail it 60.00 they no that. My bank refunded me and will get from them soon.
Your right only communicat emails and mine response to them disappeared too! I started Cc to my other email.
They are crooks. But I found really good wig place now
