WIGSBUY products are horrible

the customer must telephone them in CHINA to get permission for returns

no telephone response from WIGSBUY

no email response from WIGSBUY

unable to establish on-line chat with WIGSBUY

WIGSBUY is a rip off company that should be avoided

WIGSBuy makes it extremely difficult to return their products

and charge return shipping and additional fees as wellas a phone call to China in order to do so

No customer, especially cancer patients, should have to deal with these people

Please use a reliable wig company based in the USA for your peace-of-mind

and pocketbook

I didn't like: Wrong size and refusal to change ti or to refund, Refusal to take responsibility for fraudulent advertsing.
