I received my wigs in 3 weeks and immediately found they looked nothing like the website pix. Sent e-mail within 24 hours stating that I wanted to return the wigs and awaited the address for the return.

5 days later I got an e-mail asking me to be specific about what is wrong with the wigs and to send pix. I refuse to do this. Wigsbuy does not pay return shipping and states they will refund after inspecting the returned items. So what is the problem?

The wigs are in original packaging with all "extras" included.

They were never worn and I will write bad reviews everyplace about Wigsbuy I find on the net. I strongly advise NOT to order from this very sketchy company in China.

Product or Service Mentioned: Wigsbuy Synthetic Wig.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $112.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I liked: Picture of wig i ordered.

I didn't like: Long wait time for delivery.
