I wanted to return 2 wigs. The items were no where near what the picture displayed.

First, you send them your order#. Then they want pics. If the pics are not right they want them redone!!!!! Their was nothing wrong with the picture.

So, your only alternative is to pay postage to return item and it doesn't matter if you spent $100.00 or even $200.00, they will only refund you $18.00 !!!!!

DO NOT buy from this company!!!! Go to Paula Young or the wig salon.

They wanted pictures too from me after going around with emails as they do not have a working phone#. And again not only do I say do not order from them but also a company called wiggood.

I have never had such bad experiences as I have had with these sites.

Lesson learned. Oh and quick to take your money but not to back their products.


Purchase through Pay Pal then you will get a refund. They will see to it.Haven’t got mine yet been way over a month!Gonna wait one more week then I will contact PayPal
