I ordered a wig from Wigsbuy, that took 6 weeks to receive. Many emails back an forth with what they call customer service.
In one email, I told them how unhappy I was and don't insult me with the promise of a 30% discount on my next purchase. In their next email to me they were so sorry about my problem. But they would gladly let be have a 10% Discount on my next purchase........while on their web site they were giving 30% off!! Six hours later I received a email from the shipper that there had been a delay in shipping.
Well, I received that wig yesterday, to say least it was not worth the wait. Just a great donation wig. Can't use it .
And I am sure not going to try to go thru the Terror of a return. JUST STAY AWAY Connie
