Tracking number

No communication after numerous attempts to reach out to them. Also, be advised that you are not purchasing directly from the company. There is a third party that takes your transaction. A third party called Mosslikes with a bogus email address. This is your typical scam. Youve been warned. They messed with the wrong baby, I will get my candy (money) back.

The wig that came was not kinky curly and secondly it did not fit. I reported it to customer service and sent an email. The company only offered for me to purchase another wig with a discount. I have no use for the wig I have. 1. it does not fit . 2. It is not what I ordered This is terrible customer service. I asked if the company can send a regular (kinky curly wig) of lesser value and I have not gotten a reply. the wig I received is WP 3775**** SPU:100038 SKU:203**** Still hoping you will do the right thing and send me a regular wig of lesser. Wig purchased beginning of March 2023 now late May,2023. WIGSBUY send a BOGUS TRACKING NUMBER that Australia Post has no record of this parcel. On 17 Track it claims on 20/04/2023 the package was delivered. CANNIT FIND BY WHAT COURIER SERVICE DID THE DELIVERY China Post meantime are saying package delivered 20/04/2023 HIW IS THAT POSSIBLE WHEN AUSTRALIA POST CANNOT FIND ANY SUCH RECORD. WIGSBUY DONT ANSWER EMAILS HAVE NO BUSINESS PHONE NUMBER THAT IS LEGIT WONT ANSWER ANY MESSAGES LEFT ON THEIR WEBPAGE. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY WISH I HAD READ SLL THEIR BAD REVIEWS FIRST .
