Want to return wig
Dont like it. Doesnt look good on me.
It was dry and itchy. I want to look good and this wasn't flattering.
It looked fake and gaudy. I know wigs are not for me.

Cut is nothing like the picture. And there's no way you could style it to make it look that way the cut is wrong compared to the picture of the wig
I need to return a wig. The cut is not even close to the picture shown, and the color is off.
I understand that may not be your fault, but it's supposed to have blonde streaks in it, and it has none. Please assist me with the return.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I'm waiting for a $50 refund
I ordered a wig and the money was taken out and I can't find my order. I can't get ahold of them and I have no idea if this is a scam.

I have sent several messages and tried calling, but I can't get through. All I want is the red wig I ordered, not the brown wig I received.
The company should respond to my messages and provide a return address. I also need to know how I can get the color I ordered.

Avoid this company. They don't want follow up business.
They just want your cash. If the order is wrong, you can't contact them and if you leave messages, they don't get back to you.
All I want is the product I ordered. I was planning on buying more, but not from this company, now.
If someone could contact me and sort this out, I might change my mind.

Can't contact Wigsby
I ordered a wig from Wigsbuy. They sent me the wrong wig.
I tried to contact them at service@***.com and received a message that it was not deliverable.
There is no telephone number in the US to contact them. I would like to return the wig and get a refund.

This is my third time reaching out to you behind an order I received. I purchased two weeks from you.
They were both supposed to be salt and pepper.
You sent me one salt and pepper and another horrible looking blonde thing! I will disputing the payment with my credit card company if I dont hear back from you by this time tomorrow!!!

Resolved: Return Human Hair Wig
The wig doesn't remotely look like the one I ordered. There is a part in the front which won't come out.
The wig I ordered has the ability to be combed back and this one has a permeant part. It's very curly and the one I ordered has layer and is slightly wavy not curly. and it's not even close to the color I ordered...
It is human hair and was made especially for me however it was made wrong. "Not the wig I ordered!"
I received the wig yesterday and starting the return within 24 hours

My package was never delivered

Return authorization
I have called several times the phone number listed on the return form, and it goes to an insurance scam. The color on this wig is not as described and I need to return it..
I do not have a tracking number as I never received one. The order number is listed below. I have ordered other wig's from you and been very satisfied with them. This one I'm not satisficed with and wish to return it.

The number is in China. Man answers to say you not been charged for call then hangs up.
I will obviously be charged for phoning China.
