Ordered a wig but when received I could see it was the wrong item. I had ordered the glamerous bob straight hairstyle, see first photo but was send graceful bob straight hairsyle in the wrong color, see second photo.The graceful wig is a style and color I would never wear.

When customer service was contacted they tried to give me a song and dance telling me that although I had checked for them to use ground transport they had send it to me via fedex air and they felt they had a right to charge for that plus restocking fees - for sending me the wrong item. If anyone knows the United states representative for this company since they are based in China that would be greatly appreciated.

My issue was resolved but only because I went through PayPal for resolution. PayPal paid all my $ back even though this company refused to accept. Save yourself a headache and don't buy from this company.
