I ordered wigs from this company and immediately cancel my order after reading the negative reviews.

I tried calling the number listed and its not working.

I send them two emails and no response. I post a review on Site Jabber and immediately got a response from them. they say they would only refund my money if I take the review down. How could this happen? I only wrote what was true. They have a 12 hour cancellation policy and I cancelled before the 12 hrs.

Please do not make the same mistake I did. Read the reviews and learn from others mistake Don't order from this company.

You can always call your bank and show them that you emailed and that their policy is a 12 hour cancellation.. My Bank's customer service is open 24 hours ,I would have called them right away..

Will not be ordering from that company ever!!! Hope they see this and realize the business they're going to lose from bad customer service..
