My wife purchased a wig in October 2015, When it arrived, it did not look like what was on their website and it had an unpleasant odor.

In answering her dissatisfaction, they mentioned that they do not pay for return postage, suggested that she take it to her local wig repair shop and that the return postage would be a lot. $20.00 was offered on a $149.00 purchase.

She adamantly refused that offer and immediately contacted her credit card company. A Provisional credit was issued within a day.

She kept getting refund offers and she kept refusing until they agreed to refund the entire amount. However the post office charged $22.00 to post the package and tracking was not included. For tracking, it would cost $120.00

The credit card company asked her to send a detailed correspondence concerning her dissatisfaction. Today, she received a letter confirming that the CASE IS CLOSED AND HER REFUND IS PERMANENT!

Credit card number has been changed.

if they want their wig, they will have to pay for the postage.
