I ordered a wig from Wigsbuy at least a month ago, and when I received it, it is way too big and looks NOTHING like what they show in the picture. I logged in to their chat services and told them about the problems with the wig.

I was told that I needed to provide them with pictures. My question to them was what good will a picture do if the wig is too big and besides, I had already packaged and sealed the wig for return.They just said sorry. Maybe they don't know about loyalty to your customers but whatever the problem, I will never order from them again and will try to dissuade anyone I know from ordering also. I think this is a lousy company who is out to scam people, at least that's what they did to me.

Oh, I also tried UNSUCCESSFULLY to contact them by e-mail.

Never received a reply from them. They say add credibility to my review with receipts, they don't send receipts!!

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $66.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Wigsbuy Cons: Lie about product, Length is wrong, No refund for defected product, Website is junk and phone number do not work.
