Update: I'm receiving a fair refund and can keep the wig ; I am donating the wig to my local senior center, for distribution to someone in need.

I ordered from Wigsbuy in February; order went in, payment received, order inspected twice on the day order was made. A month goes buy and still my order sat.

I received my order a week ago. I was excited until I opened the package. Wrong color noticed right away the the cut was totally wrong. I ordered a modern 12" bob golden blonde with med blonde roots with light wispy bangs off to the side- I was sent a 4-6" short very choppy silver blonde with brown grey roots with full 6"bangs styled forward into face!

I've sent Wigsbuy in the course of a week several emails, two disputes, two evaluations and still I got no reply. I even tried calling them but my call never went through. Now here I just got off an e-chant after getting "disconnected " from their rep. After finally convincing her that not only the wrong color was sent but she argued with me about the cut and sent me a diagram how to measure the wig!

Is she the one who styled the monstrous wig they sent me? I wonder. Finally after much banter my return is approved. I've waited the 1-2 hours for one of their returns people to contact me and still waiting....won't hold my breath.

I think I'm stuck with it. They should credit me in full for dealing with them.....better yet, they should pay me!

Worse experience with any company customer service ever. Never again will I deal with Wigsbuy.

Reason of review: Multiple issues, Not as Described,Order processing Time, Poor Customer Service.

Monetary Loss: $52.

Preferred solution: I wanted a full refund but after my experience with Wigsbuy I feel like I'm stuck with a horrible product and will settle for a loss ( they should pay me to keep it, not an attractive wig at all and will be hard to sell).

Wigsbuy Cons: Wrong product, Wrong color, Long wait time for delivery, No response to customer complaints.

Well, I've heard from customer service at Wigsbuy After nearly two weeks of trying. I can say we reached a compromise....I'm getting nearly half the money I paid for the wig refunded to me (and keep the wig)...about what it would cost to send it back minus customs fees.

I will be donating the wig to my local senior center, maybe someone who frequent the programs there could use it....for me, not a complimentary color or cut but may work for someone else.

Thank you for helping people like me; posting my experience on your site helped expedite and resolve my issue. I'm a happy camper now.


Due to 19yrs of the 1 disgusting opiate, now drug authorities have said : dangerous !

Now 6 months ago, teeth breaking off at gums and NOW hair coming out in clumps

2 months ago I ordered from PROWIGSAU and before that HOWIGS !

After 18 emails to and fro (PROWIGSAU) plus the whole time, they hideously sent

me ridiculous promises and lies (which we now realise must be a scam co) They arrived yesterday (3.8.2017) and completely the absolute wrong colour for the 2 - brown instead of pale blonde with streaks as ordered - one of them has been cut in little tufts all along the part - for what reason ?? and is quite hideous.

Have been trying to email them over and over yesterday pm and now cannot get through - until discovered one site that did. No apologies for anything at all. They were supposed to send an email to say they were on the way but nothing and they just arrived ! Have rung Consumer Affairs in WA and just hope this can be resolved very soon.

We are pensioners and both retired and had to use our tiny savings to pay the $274. and now we are shattered.

Told to contact Paypal for good results - but I am distrusting of everything now. GOOD LUCK TO OTHERS !!!!
