I purchased a wig for $135.97 that looks nothing like what was advertised on their site. I asked for a refund and this was Wigsbuy's response "Thank you for your shopping with and we are really sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.

To fix the problem, we'd like offer you solutions:

1. you please keep the item and we'd like offer you refund of $25 and $10 for your new order; in this way, you needn't to pay the return shipping fee because according to our return policy, the return shipping fee should be paid by customers;

2. you please kindly return it to us via your local post office and we will refund you 70% of the order because we paid the high DHL postage which is over $55 to send it to you. And we used so many days to make the item for you and the long time transport will damage the item or package much or less so that it cannot be sold again." these are scammers. Buyer beware.

i ordered my wig over 2 months ago, still no wig,, i paid over $200, for the wig, i send emails, even tried to call,, nothing, no wig no money,, i will report them to the Better Business Burel tomorrow,, this is a sin,,
