I ordered a wig and paid $190. I received the wrong one and according to their Invoice, it is only worth 110.00.

It was the wrong color,the wrong length and wrong wig. It was suppose to be a REMY wig. It is thin and oddly shaped .It also took 3 weeks to get here.This is an outrage. This company should not be allowed to ship their *** into the USA. This is $200 wasted.

I wish I had checked this company out first.If anyone has an idea on what I can do,please let me know. I don't want only $110, I want a full refund.

I am trying to return it, Lets wait and see.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $190.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Wigsbuy Cons: Lied about product, False advertisement, Cheap wig instead one i ordered, Item is not the one they show on website.

Call your bank. Send copy of emails where you tried to cancel.

Wig is not what your ordered you will get refund from your bank and they will get refund back from them.

Send wig back. Take picture
